Best Love Handle Workout -- Only 3 exercises...looks pretty do-able :) One commenter said, "All you have to do is commit 3 days a week for 15-20 minutes a day. Just do it until it burns and then push out 5, 10, 15 more reps. I see people giving up right when it starts to burn. The longer the burn, the more melting of fat takes place."
