Leptin is the satiety hormone produced by fat cells. Having a resistance can cause food cravings, weight gain, & night-time snacking. Fix by eating little to no simple starches/sugars/fructose/refined foods, consume a lot of protein & healthy fats in the morning, go to bed by 10pm, get out in sun/barefoot on ground, don't snack, exercise only lightly, remove toxins from life, & eat/take Omega-3.
